was lots of fun, as always. we did miss having b and pop with us and we did get really wet!! that didn't stop us from...
eating some famous fletcher's corny dogs...
riding some super fun rides...
introducing the kids to the "fun house" which turned out to be a little bit boring...

So how was the friend butter? We were there on Thursday and had a lot of fun.
you have to tell - what was the butter like? we have got to make it to the state fair one year - neither brad or i have ever been!

I really thought they were joking about the fried butter on ESPN! I miss the Texas State Fair so much (for the corn dogs and funnel cake - and caramel apples and turkey legs and lemonade - I could go on and on!) But fried butter? How was it? What was on it?
